Unused items can be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase, in the condition they were sold. Refund or exchange — your choice.
Two things cannot come back once used: a bat that has been knocked in or faced a ball, and anything made or printed to order. We will always say so before you commit.
Island-wide delivery in one to three working days, free on orders over $500. Collect in store the same day if ordered before 5:00pm.
Dates shown at checkout are an honest estimate, not a guarantee against weather or courier delays. If something will be late we will tell you rather than leave you wondering.
Stock counts here are kept current, but the shop sells over the counter too. If something sells in-store between your order and our confirmation, we will tell you straight away and refund in full or hold the next one for you.
